Since i didint find any tool expected that one that cost 60$ which is a ripoff!
Ps3 still has tool to encrypt other peoples Ps3 save files and you can safely use it on your own Ps3 console that is not moded and is running official firmware.
But for Ps4 i didint find any tool to make these changes.
