I have created a synology spk to run a couple of scripts from my synology NAS rather than hopping onto my desktop & command line

1st script & issue

Im having trouble working out the correct python formats for inserting a custom backup path within Sc0rpion's FTP_DB_Backup-50X script

HI all
I have found several ps4 consoles on the markt but the are all have errors
1- (CE-35888-2 DVD error) € 80.
2- (Banned) € 70.
3-(just offline gaming) i don't know what that's mean maybe banned € 100.

if all of them are 5.05 or lower can i do the exploit and instill pkg games ?

I've decided to change this thread after a short look at the information floating around here.
My current question is, is there any reason I shouldn't update beyond 5.50?
Any exploits currently in the works that I should be patient and not upgrade?

If not, I'll go on ahead and update it and give up on exploiting this system and enjoy PSN.
Any information anyone feels like sharing I still appreciate it!

Hello everyone, I have a original first model PS4 that is on FW 1.76. I am looking to put / do CFW on it but had a question or two.

I am wondering if there is any reason or benifit to keep it on 1.76? And then do the CFW?

Or if I should update the FW to 5.05 and then do CFW?

I found some good YouTube videos and will proceed from there after doing whatever should be done regarding the FW.

Don't enable IDU mode, otherwise you will get stuck in kiosk mode

once your console boots hold down R1+R2+L1+L2+UP+OPTION on your controller to get into staff mode, from there you can rerun the exploit and switch off IDU mode...​
